济南护栏在加工时遇上的颜色问题和解决方法

　　铝合金护栏因其容易打理，容易安装的优势得到了广泛地使用开去。越来越多的护栏应用于市面之上，那么当铝合金护栏生产的时候出现色差、上色困难的时候怎么办呢?

　　1、铝合金护杆出现色浅、色差。可能是染料太稀了，可添加染料加强浓度;可能是水洗的时候不干净，应该再次水洗;可能是染液时受到污染，检查染色工件是否腐化了，如果是请更换;可能是加工工件出现了损坏，内部有残液流出，可对工件进行水洗;也可能是染色后刮伤损坏了。

　　2、铝合金护杆出现染色发花或者褪色。可能是染液的温度过高，应该降低温度后再次进行搅拌工艺操作;可能是氧化膜孔的缝隙太小，这是原话温度太低而备硫酸溶解造成的，可以调高氧化时的问题;可能是氧化后的工件在水槽放置时间过长，此时应该看看阳极氧化工艺是否达到标准，查看温度、电压、导电体等是否稳定，如果不稳定，可切当延长氧化时间，使染液的PH值升高。在加工的时候，在工件的底部还没离开染液的时候，可能会赞成染色较深的情况，大概原因就是阳极氧化槽液的温度、浓度不均匀，这时可以催槽液进行搅拌，使染液的颜色再次均匀;也可能是封孔时的温度过低，此时需要升高温度再次封孔。
