一、 堆焊:堆焊是用焊接方法在铁艺护栏的表面堆敷一层金属的工艺过程。它是机械制造行业中一个重要而经济的制造和修复手段。其目的是为了使零件表面获得具有耐磨、耐热、耐蚀等特殊性能的熔敷金属,或是为了恢复或增加零件的尺寸。护栏堆焊用的合金可归纳为铁基、镍基、钴基、铜基和碳化钨等几种类型。
First, surfacing: surfacing is welding process in the iron railings on the surface of a layer of metal deposition process. It is an important and economical means of manufacturing and repairing in the machinery manufacturing industry. The purpose is to obtain the deposited metal with special properties such as abrasion resistance, heat resistance and corrosion resistance on the surface of the parts, or to restore or increase the size of the parts. The alloy used for surfacing welding of guardrail can be classified into iron base, nickel base, cobalt base, copper base and tungsten carbide.

二、 喷焊:喷焊是利用热源将金属或非金属材料加热到熔化或半熔化状态,用(喷枪中的)高速气流将其吹成微小颗粒(雾化),并喷射到铁艺护栏的表面,形成牢固的覆盖层的表面加工方法。这种方法可以使护栏表面获得各种不同硬度、耐磨、耐蚀、抗氧化、润滑以及其他特殊物理化学性能。许多材料(金属、陶瓷、塑料、水泥、石膏、木材等)表面都可喷涂。为了提高喷涂层与基体材料的结合强度,降低涂层孔隙率,可用热源将喷涂层加热到熔化,使喷涂层的熔融合金与基体材料金属互溶、扩散,形成类似钎焊的冶金结合,这种工艺即称喷焊,这样所得到的涂层称为喷焊层。这就是铁艺护栏焊接的第二个方法—喷焊。
